FREE BERNIE MADOFF

These were the flyers handed out at the Bernie Madoff lynching in lower Manhattan.

PART OF THE MEDIA CIRCUS OUTSIDE THE BERNARD MADOFF SENTENCING - RANDY AND I WERE THE RINGMASTERS

Gorilla Theater at it's finest - Randy Credico and I in front of the Southern District Federal Courthouse for Bernie Madoff's sentencing. To anyone in the world-wide media who would listen we made the point - where are all the other CEOs of failed companies who cost investors and taxpayers billions of dollars? Why is Bernie Madoff the only one who has to pay consequences - and not the CEOs of GM, AIG, failed banks, etc.? BBC, Al Jazeera, El Mundo, ABC, Wall Street Journal market watch and NBC were among those who covered the story.

This was the UPI photo of the day - replacing Michael Jackson.
